Lonn was the most knowledgeable and sufficient person we dealt with during our loan process. If we had any questions Lonn was there to explain and answer anything. Kim and Chris were very transparent from the beginning about what we needed to do to qualify. We followed their advice and they got our credit scores where they needed to be and we were able to qualify within a couple of weeks. They checked in on us at least once a week just to update us and see how things were going. They got us approved when no one else was able to and we really are in our dream home thanks to them. We can’t thank them enough!!
