Mona is ALWAYS available, honestly, she returns your call back quickly within a 12 hour time frame, or text back when she can. She is honest, and her team is very friendly and patient. She knows what she’s doing, you never have to question anything. I needed her to “dumb” things down for me, and she did it well, and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable.
