Kelly was far and away the finest Loan Officer we have worked with. Her knowledge, awareness, patience and empathy were essential to closing our mortgage. We were new residents to NH and asked for additional time from her to guide us through some of the differences from other locations we have had mortgages. Five stars is not enough.Kelly deserves more for her professionalism and kindness.

Kerrell was very communicative from the beginning and remained that way throughout the process. I appreciated him being willing to text quite a bit, as calls are very difficult for me as I travel and fly so much.
He explained the process thoroughly and kept us updated. What he told us would happen and what to expect was exactly what happened.
