Nick is very careful and caring. He explored many options for my client helping this 1st time buyer get the best loan product AND provided personalized care all throughout the process. It’s not enough to just give good rates. Having a lender available to answer questions, keeping both agents informed on progress, staying on top of deadlines so closing happen on time are also important lender qualities.
