Adam explained every step of the process before it happened, made us aware of all of our options, and gave insightful advice on the advantages and disadvantages of those options. He proactively called to check in periodically and never left us wondering. At other institutions I've often been treated as a burden or nuisance for merely trying to receive a basic service that was advertised. But with Adam at Annie Mac I always felt like a valued customer whose individual needs matter.

Could have made it better -
1. by not delaying the loans close
2. by not taking everything at the last moment and create panic
3. by giving clear status update without last minute surprise
4. by getting a good processor who can provide timely status update. For my case, it was very hard to get response from processor Sherry Brady.
5. by not taking too many customers if not able to provide good service.
