Jason Trotte during the entire process of securing our mortgage was upfront and honest with us. He gave us the information we needed in a quick and responsive manner. He was available whenever we needed to reach out to him day night or weekends. Jason was also completely transparent and told us the information good or bad. Even tho this home purchase for my wife and I was more difficult than previous ones Jason definitely helped us navigate this process. We thank him for this.

Everything was great. The only thing that I wish happened was effective communication with the client to make sure items sent for signatures that are also time sensitive are brought to the attention of the buyer so we don’t have too many last minute changes. I.e the closing date.

I started out with a different lender and had a very bad experience. The original lender was unorganized with poor communication. I was also charged for things that were total BS. I shopped around and Jesse got further in the process in one morning than I did with the other lender. We closed 20 days later without a hitch. Jesse anticipated every question I had. It was just a smooth, worry free transaction.

Initial communication with Cody was great. I never spoke with Jeff, so I can’t rate him. Later the communication was with several people that were not very helpful. Best people I spoke with or communicated with were Cody, and Gina White. I spoke a little with Kara too. Just wish that things were explained better from other members of the team. We asked several times fir someone to add my husband’s email and it was never done. I just thought communication could have been better.
