John and his team got me a great rate on a 30 year fixed loan. I haven't done a remote close before and even though we are across the country, it worked out super smoothly. A notary came to our home and guided us through all the paperwork. Title sent emails to keep us up to date.

If anyone is looking to refinance their home you should reach out to Gregory Clark GC !!! He responded to a Facebook message I sent him on a Sunday when I'm sure he was trying to enjoy his weekend... had all the numbers and approval back to us the next day and was so quick to answer my texts/messages! He then got us approved at an even lower interest rate than he originally promised and saved us just shy of $300/month!!! We went from 4.35% to 2.99% with NO MONEY TO CLOSE!!! If you are thinking about refinancing your house, he's your guy!!!!
