We purchased our home in June of 2018 and with the economy slumping Greg keep an eye on things for us and reached out when the rates were better. He was able to get us a REFI saving us thousands of dollars overall and lowered our monthly payment.
I've already referred friends from work and would refer anyone that is interested in Mortgage advice.

Eric Hutton was introduced to us through a realtor in the early stages of our house search. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and turned to Eric for clarification on many things. Mr Eric was extremely courteous, kind, helpful, and willing to answer any question we had during the entire process. The entire time Eric made himself available by phone even on late nights/weekends he always answered our questions/doubts. The max time he took to respond is 45 mins. He explained things in a way we could understand and felt comfortable moving forward. Tensions run high when your near to closing he always answered in his calm and pleasant voice “nothing to worry this is what you need to do to fix it” and magically the problem is solved. It was a great experience to work with him. I would absolutely recommend Mr Eric to anyone looking to purchase a new home and look forward to working again with him in the future if I ever had too. Greg reaches out to me back a few months ago regarding refinancing our home. We had only been in our home for about a year and I was a little hesitant bc it was so soon. Greg was great during this process because even though we had only been in our house a year he assured us this was the right thing because of how low the rates were. Everything went smooth and we were able to have all meetings via video chat and he was there to answer any questions we had. With the refinance we’re saving nearly $200 a month which is pretty significant especially during this time. I appreciate Greg thinking of us and keeping us in mind to help us in any way possible!!!

I talked to Greg in April about refinancing but rates had just gone up so he said he would reach out to me when things were lower. Sure enough as rates went back down I got an email from him saying now was a good time and we jumped on refinancing our house. The process was very easy and the whole team was great to work with. Knocking 1% (and we managed to get an extra 1/8th at the very end) and several years off the mortgage was great. I can't recommend Greg and his team enough.

My first home buying experience was composed of educated desicions and professional advice. Amanda and Angela did an amazing job helping to keep track of all things paperwork and deadline related. Greg's team got us a great rate, we had a 60 day settlement between March and May 2020. We were able to close with covid-19 restrictions in place and likely benefitted from the market instability and low rates. Greg was my first and last visit for loan officers, his team earned a lifelong client.
