I was not pleased with the lack of communication as we began the process. I do realize that refinancing exploded as the interest rates continued to lower however, the continually commitment to call back was not satisfactory. I would have appreciated more his honesty to tell me that he was too busy for my business since the process took several months.
Should I consider a referral I would make sure they understood their followup to reach Jeff and get a commitment could be challenging at times.

i cannot say enough great things about my time spent w/Eric Hutton. When i started looking for a house everyone warned me that it would be a roller coaster, they were not lying, BUT working on this with Eric has made the whole experience smooth, yes we did hit some bumps (who doesn't?) but Eric was kind, patient & very understanding to our situation, he stood by us from start to finish. I don't think i would be going to any one else other than Eric w/any future plans i have.

Mike was the absolute perfect AND best mortgage partner. As the RE agent sometimes we are left out of the loop with mortgage officers which makes it difficult for us to keep the transaction moving in the right direction at all times......but not with Mike. Mike managed this transaction 100% as if we were a team. Not on a team, but “The Team”! Our clients share the same sentiments. Mike will always be at the top of my list when I’m referring mortgage loan officers to buyers!
