Amir was simply awesome. We had been taken in the past and Amir was honest and upfront with everything. He listened to our story with compassion. Stephen was great to work with! He was there to answer all my questions. And as a first time home buyer, I had a lot of them. As I am someone who has to be in control, this was a hard process because I had to let go of my control. He calmed me down when my anxiety tried to take over. He was real and was very reassuring. And I appreciated it so very much! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lender!

Continue do what you do more communication regarding processes and for all players to be on the same page. In regards to grants better communication is needed from all principles to better prepare new buyers for proactive decisions opposed to reactive decisions
