Practice more patience. I had many questions and sometimes may have even asked some more than once. There were times I felt talked down to. If a buyer no matter the amount of the mortgage loan asks questions it is important to answer them without making the person feel like an irritant. My daughter is working with you now as a first time buyer and I want her to feel comfortable asking you questions..
