I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mark initially during the purchase of my first home, and now as my lender in refinancing. The ease of working with Aaron and his team; the prompt and thorough responsiveness to questions and next steps in the refinance process. The only thing I'd request that I felt was slightly lacking was clear communication about the closing cost breakdown. They were a bit higher than I expected and a couple of minor points weren't addressed when I asked about them.
