The key to any loan application process is the loan officer. Excellent customer service, knowledge, efficiency, and courteous. Customer service rates a 10! Daniel did an excellent job providing prompt answers, accurate info, and explained terms in detail with much patience. He also followed up actions. He was prompt and kept communication lines open throughout the entire process. You can easily upload documents and can check the status of your loan. There were no issues getting through. Daniel kept me in the loop and was very responsive. He asked all the right questions and did his due diligence. Attentive with competitive rates. Excellent customer support, it was exemplary.
