Document submission would have been a lot easier if more details had been given about exactly what was wanted. I had to re-submit documents a number of times because what I first submitted was not exactly what was wanted. For example, all pages of bank account statements even if a page did not contain any data or was even blank.

As always great communication.
One suggestion - in this market where the buyer is having to sell their home to purchase another, contingency dates move the actual close dates, so check with the realtor and their seller/buyer client to make sure close date hasn't changed.
As always though, the team jumped on board when they knew the date had changed and the loan was done with exceptional timing!!
