Jeff was great with all the help he provided! But the entire process was a drag. Taking about 4-5 months to close. Also, the other loan advisor (Mike) that I originally had got disrespectful at one point and I stopped communications with him all together.

Liz is very knowledgeable about the entire mortgage process and kept us updated on the progress of our loan application on a regular basis. When we had questions or issues, Liz responded in a timely manner and addressed all issues. She attended our closing and helped explain the paperwork. Since my husband is disabled, the closer and Liz came to our home for the closing. This was extraordinary. She is the best loan officer we have worked with. Highly recommend her. Linda Kittler
