At times I felt like there were 3 or 4 departments all wanting similar or same info. Info that I had already sent to one and had to send the same things to the others. It would be nice if a system existed where they could share as opposed to making the customer send it several times.

Quite frankly Matt is the reason it was a great experience. During stressful times in buying a house, Matt was always calm in his approach. He was super responsive and communicative. He walked us through the process the entire time and was always on top of everything. Matt is truly an asset to your company and I already have a referral for him for one of my high net worth doctor clients (I am a commercial loan officer).
