I would have appreciated more transparency on the charges and costs associated with the loan. I note information about points for which I was charged that were never explained to me. Other than that the support provided by Robert to navigate the process from the onset was exceptional.

Having Nathan get my home loan was by far the absolute best part of the entire home buying process. He was optimistic from the beginning that he could do it, and he stayed that way the entire time. I always felt like I was a top priority, and any issues that arose were handled quickly and efficiently.
