Nouri provided me with a great service, any question I had he was right there to answer them. Nouri was LITERALLY THE BEST through the entire process. During the process Nouri was very patient and made my process smooth. Im so GRATEFUL for him, as a first time home buyer I wouldn’t have had any other way. NOURI was def the BEST. I never received any email from Matthew until after we closed. We worked with Travis who's help was ... a bit delayed and slow to inform.m, but he was kind. The main issue was the Underwriting team not being communicative in a timely manner to Travis which made his replies occasionally wild goose chase style.. which of course made this process much more stressing and frustrating for my husband and myself.
