The processor especially (Jeneane Abel) was exceptional. Our experience with our first mortgage with AnnieMac in 2018 was absolutely horrific, and we almost changed mortgage companies. We only stayed with AnnieMac for the convenience of already having a mortgage here, but Jeneane made the experience truly great. She was organized, communicative, polite and friendly to talk to, really great. Kevin was also really great to work with! We just didn't work with him as much during the parts of the transaction that made us nervous, so Jeneane definitely made the impact. Kevin called to offer us a refinance of our FHA loan, and got roped into helping us with a full new mortgage, so we really appreciate his help as well!
