Tyler connected with us very quick once we put in our initial pre approval inquiry. Very quickly we were able to see how 3 different lenders operated. Tyler was the first to contact us and promptly showed us all he had to offer. Through the entire experience Tyler has been incredibly communicative throughout this entire process. It took my wife and I 5 months to have an accepted offer, 6 months to close and Tyler was there the entire time always available via text or call. There were multiple occasions that we asked Tyler to send an approval letter after hours that was used in our offers and he was always able to do so promptly. Once an offer was accepted, Tyler was a wealth of information and helped us get to closing smoothly. We would recommend Tyler to anyone.

Chucks expertise and his level of commitment to making sure me and my family received the best financial situation as possible. Chuck was also very responsive and always called back if I didn’t get him on the phone. No return call went more them 20 minutes after my original call.
