Mary, Stephanie and Tasha were great. The amount of documentation was unbelievable. We started with you specifically because the IRS hadn't processed our 2020 tax return yet. We were told you had a program that didn't need the transcript. 3 days before closing we were told the final item that the underwriter needed was our 2020 transcript! Thankfully the IRS had processed it by then after I sent a certified copy. I'm not sure what would have happened if they hadn't.
