Chuck was in contact with us from the very beginning of the process all the way to the closing, and beyond. Our loan was a little more complex as it was for an investment property, but Chuck and his colleagues were able to identify what we needed to provide regarding financials and documentation in a straight-forward manner and we so helpful along the way with any questions that we had. We are truly grateful for the experience of working with Chuck and look forward to doing so again in the near future when we purchase another investment property.
