Notification that appraisal was ordered/requested. This transaction was pretty clean, no inspections, yet closed late. Not sure where the ball was dropped but didn’t feel any urgency at closing per the contract.

I never complete customer surveys but just had to rate this incredible team. Where do I start? I first went with a known bank (First Federal Bank) and three days before closing, they notified me that we couldn't close and had to start the process from scratch!!! To make matters worse, they were charging me $9K in points without my acknowledgment or consent!! My realtor then recommeded I reach out to Brian and his team of experts. Wow! Talk about heroes!!! Brian and his team of modern day superheroes got me to close in 15 DAYS. YES, 15 DAYS from start to finish!!! His team was supportive, informative, and accessible throughout the entire process. I tend to have a lot of questions and his team was amazing - namely Judy, my primary contact throughout the process. Thanks to them we closed and now have a place to live as we were practically homeless (our prior home had just been sold). Don't look any further. If you want a knowledgeable team that will be accessible, fast, and thorough then these are your people for you. Don't get wooed by other lenders or banks. Don't fall for the sales pitches. Brian and his team are the best in the industry.
