Hannah is one of the most efficient person we ever had the chance to interact with.
We were first time home buyers and foreigners which means that the concept of mortgage was pretty new to us (at least the way it works in USA). We can't remember how many times Hannah replied to our questions, every time with patience, and with very clear answers. Moreover, Hannah is incredibly responsive and efficient. You need an estimate? She is going to provide you in less than 3 hours, whatever if it's Monday or Sunday. You want to understand why you will pay such fees? Hannah will make her best to explain it to you, even if you're new to mortgage! You need someone to rant after you didn't win a house? Hannah also knows how to deal with that!
To summarize, whatever if you're a first time home buyer or not, if you need someone efficient, knowledgeable, but also a truly nice person, go with Hannah!
