I was kept informed as my loan progressed. I always felt as if I could reach out any time and get an answer or a call back in a very reasonable amount of time. No questions seemed silly for me to ask, the mortgage industry is complicated so it was wonderful to have a team to help navigate.

Diane was very patient. Our credit score wasn't very good but we were able to increase it significantly it just took awhile for the credit bureau to change pur scores. She made the whole process east and is super caring .
