I'm a real estate agent and it's essential that I work with professional and efficient loan officers. Which is why I will recommend Titus in the future. My clients had been given unfriendly service with the loan officer they were working with. Midway through the loan process, they took the chance of moving to work with Titus. It was lucky they did cause after their first phone call my clients told me that they thought he was amazing. Throughout the process he explained things and was very clear with the clients on expectations. He met the timeline goals and was always available. I felt confident that if I or the borrowers had any questions he or his team would be there to answer them. The only negative is that I should have worked with him sooner, I believe the home buying process would have gone faster and less stressful for my clients if he had been their first/ only loan officer.

I drove 1.5 hours to my closing to discover that my wife was required to sign, despite not being on the deed. The team communicated frequently with me, but when I asked what I needed to bring to close, I was told nothing but my driver’s license. I had to bring the closing paperwork home with me and am seeking a notary to witness my wife signing the docs. This has delayed closing for 4 days. If my wife was supposed to sign documents, it would have been helpful to know that on the front end.

Jeneane Able was anything BUT able. Matt was fine. Jeneane's handling of the documentation was deplorably inept; sending documents to have signed on the day of closing thus, delaying the actual closing date. This was an incredible inconvenience to ALL stakeholders. We actually had FIVE closing dates due to her incompetence. Again, we've delt with Matt before and love the guy.

Matt helped me in obtaining a loan to buy a condo. He and other members of his team were very responsive and paid attention to all details. The final numbers that I had at the closing largely matched their estimate provided during the pre-approval stage. They were also exceptionally fast and kept all their promises regarding the timelines.
