This is my family's first home, I am disabled, and the home we purchased was/is out of state. These factors made the normal process of buying a home extremely stressful.
The Annie-Mac team, namely Kaitlyn Sellig, who was my main contact at Annie-Mac, and Mario Morales from the underwriting team were extremely helpful in explaining the various documents etc... that were needed during the process. And were instrumental in keeping my stress to a manageable level.
The biggest thing, is they were available for any questions I had to ask. A million little questions and concerns pop up during this process, and I'd like to reiterate that we were out of state, completely across the country (and away from our PC, files, etc..) during it. They fielded my concerns both professionally and with a high level of courtesy.
I can't speak highly enough about them and the Annie-Mac team. Would 100% recommend using them!!

My buyers were having a bad experience with their loan officer, and I recommended switching to Chris. They took my advice and Chris saved the deal! Chris communicated well and explained each step to them. I asked them after we closed if they were happy with him, and they said "ABSOLUTELY!!" The most important part of any deal is that the CLIENTS are happy, and Chris has never disappointed.
