I didn't really know what to expect going into this or if it was even a possibility at all. Trevor told me exactly what needed to be done of me to get the process started. Any questions I had he answered promptly. He explained things thoroughly and helped me understand what he needed and how to go about doing it. If I ever go through this process again I will absolutely go through Trevor again and I would recommend him to anyone else, especially if they are new to this process. He was very helpful.
