Any time an issue arose, we were able to communicate and figure out a game plan to continue to move forward. There were some serious potential land mines in this one….tree fell on building after contract but before close, initial real estate agent fell very ill and eventually passed away, survey issues, etc but we were able to navigate through each and successfully close this deal.
