Buying a home has probably been the most stressful/hardest thing I've ever had to do, but Steve and Greg with Annie Mac answered any and all questions we had throughout the whole process. They responded promptly with next steps, what to expect, etc. and even set up a Zoom call to explain the entire process and what to expect in detail, our different options, and what everything meant. Really glad to have been able to work with Annie Mac!

She took great care to review my application and assist me in compiling my supporting documents to ensure that I could smoothly move through the underwriting process resulting in a final approval of my loan. It's inevitable that conditions will need to be met and Kim's experience ensured that nothing was unforeseen so that I could prepare all of the necessary documents before the underwriting team requested them.
