Brian and Michelle were always very responsive to any of my questions and were quick to explain anything that I didn't understand. We needed to close on a tight timeline, and they made it happen. I very much enjoyed working with them.

While I understand the efficiencies and the mentoring opportunities that come with the team approach I don’t think it’s as valuable to the customer where a consistent single point of contact gives a greater sense of ease and that they feel important. I think I worked with 4 or 5 different people on this. Maybe work as a team in the background but present a single POC to the customer.
