I can’t thank Amir enough for the phenomenal service he provided to me. From day 1, he selected the best provider for me based on my current circumstances. Also, he ensured that I understood what was going on and knew what to expect in terms of what stage I was at in the mortgage process and the possible timelines for completion which I really appreciated so I knew where I stood.
Amongst the many excellent services he provided, here are a couple that stood out the most:
1. When consulting with Amir about doing a refinance, he was able to tell me before my own bank did that the monthly payment was going up because they messed up my escrows.
2. I had a job change and one that had paid in commission and Amir worked together with my employers to confirm that certain aspects of my commission’s guaranteed.
3. He helped me with lowering my insurance policy as part of keeping my payments low in addition to the lower rate.
4. My loan was going to fund on November 1st which would have meant I’d have to pay a full month’s interest because of the complexity of a dual state closing and the availability of the lawyers and title agency, Amir fought to ensure they met my closing date in October to save me money.
I really appreciated all his support, my hat off to him for being truly outstanding, I would recommend him anytime.
