Everyone at the office has been SO nice and informative. This being my first home, Craig and his team were great at explaining the process to me and answering all my questions. The application process was a breeze. Jennifer called to check on me at least once a week. She and Rachael were on top of updating me throughout the whole thing because they knew how difficult it was for me to just “sit and wait” for the process. As a first time homebuyer I was very appreciative of how simple they made the whole process.
