Tony and his entire team worked diligently to get everything aligned. I didn't have to worry about a thing. They didn't let me forget or miss anything and were always there to answer questions. I represented the seller.
Brian picked up this file a week after we went in to contract and got it closed in just over 3 weeks. The communication with file updates was great until closing day...... If we do not have the CTC the day before closing we should be preparing an extension to the closing date at that time. We should never have to tell the seller at 11:00 AM on closing day that we need to extend the closing date. Yes it closed the very next business day but the need for the extension should not be presented at the last second.
