Hannah was extremely forward-thinking and went above and beyond to make sure of a smooth transaction. She submitted for a VA loan approval for condo association who was not approved and worked closely with title to work out any foreseeable future issues prior to contract. She is knowledgeable, detailed and attentive. I highly recommend Hannah!
