Mike was awesome, there were times when the stakes were high and so was the stress. Mike did a wonderful job at settling down my anxieties by explaining why things were certain ways during the loan processing. Some of us need more info to be comfortable, and make educated me!

Just the level of communication alone made the experience amazing to me. I've been in customer service in one way or another since I was 17, and communication is a HUGE part of customer service. The communication level I received from your team was outstanding! They always kept me up to date on everything, answered every phone call or email in a timely manner, and answered every question I had with no hint of impatience!
