Everything was smooth! It was just a lot of emails and websites and a lot of different people. So, it would have been nice to know who were all the people we corresponded with ahead of time so that we knew everyone was legit and what each person needed from us. Hannah was awesome and so timely! The 'OK' rating is more about the process and not a reflection of the service we got from Hannah.

Relocating from out of state was already stressful and to have lenders turn me down as soon as they noticed my slightly lower credit score, I felt like there was no hope. I was ready to give up and then I was introduced to Mona. My first conversation with her instantly gave me hope and I didn’t feel discriminated. She was so knowledgeable and she gave me the impression that she would make home buying happen. And she sure did!!! I can’t thank her enough and not to mention, Domanick is amazing!!! He’s so quick to answer questions and I know he worked hard on my case to close in 3 weeks. Even if I never met him, I felt he was on top of everything.
