Mike Schmuelgen was incredibly helpful to us and showed a personal interest in our big move. He was very knowledgeable about the different products and was able to explain complex concepts in customer friendly terms. While his expertise was certainly needed, his personal attention to our family's needs was even more impressive. Mike demonstrated outstanding communication skills and made himself available to us outside of business hours, both in the evenings and on weekends (neither of which we would expect). He was very quick to respond and let us know in advance when he would be away and who we could contact in his absence. This process is inherently stressful, so Mike's guidance and assurances were truly invaluable. Thank you Mike and Annie Mac.

Florida title company - which we had no choice in using - was not at all professional, communicative, did not do the things that a NJ title company does, such as call for final water /sewer readings.
Neither realtor nor the seller were compensated at closing. Seller finally received their proceeds wire two days later. None of this was Shawn's fault, she did a great job following up and sharing updates.
