We appreciated the communications and the help provided at all times. We were happy that Matt and his team were willing to answer questions on the whole process, since we were first time home-buyers. My only feedback would be to make sure that the process of providing documentation is a little smoother. We were asked to provided a few documents more than once and I think that could be avoided with some simple internal communications. Overall, though, the experience was definitely pleasant for us.

The communication to all parties involved in the transaction. The listing agent texted me one day telling me she got an update and she was quite impressed with that. Said she’d never, as the listing agent, had the lender give her an update.
