I first met Denise on a listing a few months ago when she represented a buyer who was bidding on one of my listings. I was so impressed with her communication, professionalism, and determination that she was the deciding factor on why that buyer one the deal. Denise and her team are so thorough and engaged from start to finish! Actually, EVEN BEFORE the start of the contract she makes it a practice to reach out to the agent and assure the qualifications and merit of the buyer. I love that I received status updates proactively throughout the journey each week and knew exactly where we were in the deal. If something came up, she was the first to know and had possible solutions to ensure we stayed on track.
