Nathan was fantastic throughout - the only drawback was the underwriter asking for documents or explanations that should have been requested earlier from the sellers... but I know that is common in the industry. Overall, it was a smooth process.

Two weeks prior to closing, I was not inform by Mr. Russell that my debt ratio and taxes would prevent me from qualifying for my mortgage, and with my credit score of 693, the underwriter requested include Sam's account payment in my mortgage to increase my credit score. At closing, after reading some of the documents, I requested to do a final walkthrough of the property because I had only view the property but once since signing the contract back in December, 2021, during the walkthrough my realtor and I discovered repairs that had been completed and I was informed that that property management would repair them and I needed to sign an addendum in agreement, that they would not give me an extension, not good business, if I had Not request a walkthrough, I would have not known. So how long will the repairs take, as the consumer, I was Not given a option such as an extension, I was informed by my realtor that I would lost my deposit, per, Mr. Russell.
