Jeanine is the best mortgage rep to deal with. Her communication is by far better than any other professional I have dealt with. She answers her phone at all hours of the night, always gives great advice, very loyal and is very attentive, professional to her customers. Goes beyond her job as a mortgage rep. Jeanine remembers details about her customers family (birthdays, weddings, engagements,etc) and always makes sure they feel special. As a real estate agent, knowing I can send all of my clients information to her and not worrying is gigantic relief. I know that if she qualifies a person that my deal will never fall through from the application to closing. That is the true test of a great Mortgage rep. I will always use and refer Jeanine as I have.

We dealt with so many different individuals throughout our homebuying process that we were never really sure who to contact. There also seemed to be lapses in in-office communication, as we were asked to provide the same documents or the same information more than once to more than one individual.

If there was a level beyond GREAT, such as EXCEPTIONAL, that would describe my first working experience with Jeffrey. A few weeks before closing, the previous lender informed they were unable to place the buyer's VA loan. I was blessed beyond belief to find Jeffrey.
