He also went as far to explain how my taxes would look in the upcoming year, this is something that the other Loan Officers had missed. Confusion in the verification process, multiple reminders to update payment amount to 20% down. I had to really stay on top of things to make sure everything was taken care of. Process could have been harder but also could have been way easier
