Dontrell has been wonderfully supportive throughout the entire home-buying process. We are first-time home buyers, and given the current "seller's market", competition was fierce. Dontrell kept us informed of our options and took the time to thoroughly review the pros and cons. He also helped us avoid common mistakes that people tend to make in their desperation to beat out the competition. In addition, when issues arose during the appraisal process, Dontrell and the AnnieMac team fought hard along with our agent and attorney to get the situation rectified and keep the process moving along. Finally, when it came time to close on our home, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Dontrell was able to be present. He answered all of our questions, kept us calm, and served as a great source of support throughout the entire process. Thank you, Dontrell!!
