Most of the transaction went well, despite the constant delays and extensions, however, Kendall was our LO so I'm not sure how much of the good or bad was her or the team. I will say that at the very end, Matt was extremely helpful in getting this to closing and approved, but I wish there had been something else in place where we were reached out to by Matt directly once the Kendall situation occurred, so we knew who to contact. I had to rely on Kendall to me your information, which happened immediately, but I should have gotten something from your team directly explaining the situation and who was taking the file over. All in all, we got to closing and everyone was happy and relieved. Thank you for finishing this one up and I have no bad blood against you or Annie Mac. I could see myself referring clients to you, but I will need assurances in the future that there will be more communication. Kendall is amazing at communication, so it was tough when this happened, and it went from lots of communication to very little. Thank you for finishing this one out and I do hope to do more business with you in the future.

Tyler was very friendly from the moment I contacted him about the loan. He kept in touch and made sure I understood my options for what wills be best for me. If I needed anything I could reach out to him and he make sure he checked on the information or clarified things. I liked the emails requesting documentation and the ease of creating the account and going to up load documents. Once I moved through the process I received an email with a video to talk to me about where I was in the process and what to expect next. I didn’t ask alot of questions but, he made sure I was contacted and reminded that he was there if I had any questions. If there were problems he came with solutions.
