As first time home-buyers the whole process was new to us and potentially a little daunting. Kent was incredibly helpful every step of the way, explaining everything and answering all our questions. He was always readily available to help or answer a question or take a call. We really felt like he had our backs and advocated for our best interests which was a great sense of security throughout the process. All in all I don't think we could have asked for a smoother process, and would absolutely recommend Kent to anyone!
