Chuck is very knowledgeable and will answer questions you have any time of day. We called him on a weekend with questions and he picked up right away, and even communicated with us while he was on vacation. My experience specifically with Zaki and his team were absolutely incredible. It was thanks to an absolutely horrible experience with my first POC Matt Miller at AnnieMac that I was referred to him for better assistance and to say the least I’m grateful for the honesty, open communication, transparency from Zaki and his manager.
