Brianna and I had a complicated transaction with a client who had been turned down by other lenders. This fact did not deter Brianna in the least. She did her homework and found a loan product that worked for this particular client and got her approved. As the loan moved forward, we ran in to a few snags that needed to be ironed out in order to proceed (through NO fault of Brianna). But....and here is the best part about working with Brianna Floyd...before she even told me about the problem, she already had a solution. She is the Queen of Plan B! Her (and her team's) communication skills are excellent, with both my buyer and myself.
After having to pivot a few times to accommodate a few surprises, we got this deal to the closing table and I 100% credit Brianna for that. I'm not sure that many other loan officers would have stuck with this for as long as Brianna did, but this woman was on a mission to get our client into her home!
