Lonn introduced us to the Cash to Keys program offering by Annie Mac. Since we had a contingency sale of our house to purchase a new home, this program was instrumental in giving us an advantage when we submitted our offer to the seller. He walked us through the process with patience. He is a teacher at heart who truly looks out for the best interests of his clients. He is very knowledgeable about the process. And when we no longer needed the Cash to Keys program to close on our home, he seamlessly transitioned us to a conventional mortgage. I highly recommend Lonn for anyone looking to purchase a home.
