Mona was on point with everything! When other people got confused with the closing procedures, Mona took over and had it taken care of immediately. Very fast and efficient! Will be using again on the future when we decide to move again!

Team, my apologies for the late review. The thoughts were in my head but I've been facilitating the move out/in and things have been busy. Lumping in everyone I worked with directly. Bryan - 5/5. Outstanding communication, proactiveness, and dedication. I have no reason to use anyone else, they just won't meet the level of competence that Bryan has set. Ashley - 4/5. Excellent communication. There were a few times that unfamiliar processes or forms were introduced that I wanted to understand fully before signing. Ashley was great overall but there were a few times Bryan had to step in to either expedite or clarify. Maryann - 3/5. I did not get the warm and fuzzy the majority of time corresponding with Maryann. There were multiple times I had to send documents/provide information that I had already provided initially and having to r-re-provide them was frustrating. This doesn't seem like much but the majority of work we all did on the closure took place M-F, and I don't have phone/consistent access to email to be able to do that business which slowed down my ability to enable the AnnieMac team to move forward. Had the information already provided been sought from within the team, I wouldn't have had to been pinged again for items I already provided thus expediting the process and making everything smoother than it already was.
