We sent all our insurance information in as requested, in a timely manner, and when the disclosure came out it was missing, which we didn't know. The day before the closing we were informed that we would have to have an additional $8,000 (which got reduced to $6,000). We immediately had to cancel contract labor that we initially contacted after receiving the first disclosure. I originally chose AnnieMac because I saw a business office in my neighborhood in New Orleans. I ended up working with Andrew who was in New Jersey. I have no clue where the staff was who worked up that disclosure but they had no clue about the insurance issues we deal with in Louisiana. The wind and hail was what got left off the first disclosure. In the future I would recommend to friends to make sure to work with someone locally, as I thought I was doing by calling AnnieMac. I do want to thank Andrew Oliva for all his work. He responded quickly to all our questions and request. I was disappointed when this disclosure, the day before closing, came without a call from him to explain. I had to call him. I assumed that he was double checking and on top of all the data.
