They made would could have been a very stressful experience feel effortless and painless. Janice checked in on me the whole time and walked me through each step. She was super responsive. Rachel made the buying process simple, and easy. She explained the process, made sure I understood and was comfortable with everything I was looking at or signing, and kept me informed as to what was going on. She was always eager to help, and answered promptly. Following up with me making sure I didn't forget anything important I had to do. She did all the heavy lifting, and told me all the options, and what one would get me the best deal. She got me in touch with people for other parts of the home buying process eg.buying home owners insurance, finding an inspector, and closing title company. I do not have enough good words for her work ethic. She said just because you're in a house I'm still here to help you in any way I can.
